1. Who operates this site

In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE):

2. Purpose

noshadow.ai is a training service covering AI literacy and the use of shadow AI inside organisations. It provides an online course, an assessment, and a publicly verifiable certificate.

Using the site makes you a user of it and implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Terms of use

You agree to use the site properly, not for unlawful purposes, and not to introduce content that could damage Montevive's systems or those of third parties.

Accounts are personal. A certificate is issued in the name of the person who passed the assessment and is not transferable.

4. What a certificate attests, and what it does not

A noshadow.ai certificate attests that the named person completed the training programme and passed its assessment on the date shown.

The training supports compliance with the AI-literacy duty under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 4, and with the training controls of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 A.6.3 and Directive (EU) 2022/2555, Article 20.

It is not a declaration of conformity with those standards, not an accredited certification, and not a substitute for an audit. Montevive is not an accredited certification body and issues the certificate on its own responsibility.

The public verification registry is authoritative. We record a hash of each issued PDF but do not cryptographically sign it, so a file on its own should be checked against the registry rather than trusted on its face.

5. Intellectual property

The course content, text, design, illustrations, trade marks and software belong to Montevive or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express authorisation is prohibited, except for holders and contracting organisations using their own certificates for accreditation purposes.

The typefaces used are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

6. Limitation of liability

Montevive does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site and is not liable for damage arising from temporary unavailability, provided it acts with due diligence to restore the service.

The training is educational and supports regulatory compliance. It does not constitute legal advice. Each organisation remains responsible for assessing its own legal obligations.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party pages. Montevive does not control their content and accepts no responsibility for it.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this notice.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile where the user is a consumer and, otherwise, to the courts of the city of Granada.
