noshadow.ai is operated by Montevive. Contact: info@montevive.ai.

What data we store

If you give us your email for the free module, we store that address, when you consented and which consent wording you agreed to, and a hashed form of your IP address to spot abuse of the form. We never store the address itself in readable form alongside a raw IP.

If your company enrols you, we additionally store your name and company as you enter them when claiming a certificate, which organisation you belong to and when, your progress through the course including the answers you submit, and any certificate issued to you. Your employer's administrator can see your progress, score and certificate serial.

We use SendGrid to send sign-in links and invitations, so your email address reaches them for that purpose. No other third party receives your data.

Certificates are public

A certificate is only evidence if someone else can check it. Anyone holding a certificate serial number can see the holder's name, organisation, score and dates at noshadow.ai/verify, without an account. That is the point of the registry, and it is why the certificate is worth having — but it does mean your name and result are visible to anyone your employer gives the serial to.

Cookies and analytics

We run no analytics and set no tracking cookies. We set two cookies, both strictly necessary: one that keeps you signed in to the course, and one that remembers you gave us an email for the free module so you are not asked twice.

Deletion

To have your data deleted, write to info@montevive.ai from the email address you used and we will remove it.
